Hi kids! It's time for another stomach-churning toe watch from your good friend The Sean.
When last we left my toe, it having just been drained in Cape Town, I was thinking that it wouldn't be too long until the nail decided to fall off and I could begin the task of growing a new one. As it turns out, my toenail is in fact a stubborn little bastard and is clinging on for dear life for as long as it possibly can. The daylight in between the nail and the toe itself is widening, and snorkeling here in Vilankulos seemed to loosen it still further, but it's still firmly connected at the cuticle and seemingly with no intention of separating itself.
You have to admire its fighting spirit.
If and when things change, dear readers, you will of course be the first to know...
